Jeff Rehler is an MUP alumnus of the University at Buffalo and holds undergraduate degrees in business administration and psychology from Binghamton University. Jeff instructs BAED studios and has broad academic and research interests including land use, urban form, economics and transportation.

As a member of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning’s PAB Accreditation Team, Jeff has facilitated a number of stakeholder engagement meetings to update the Department’s strategic plan. He has also led urban planning and environmental design students on the School of Architecture and Planning’s annual NYC Career Trip.

Jeff is an active member of the American Planning Association, an AICP Candidate, and an alumnus of the Western New York Prosperity Fellowship program. He is originally from the Town of Allegany, NY in Cattaraugus County and has previously worked as a project manager at a market research consulting firm in Rochester, NY.
