Marguerite McAfee teaches real estate financial modeling in UB’s MS Real Estate Development program.

Marguerite McAfee is an adjunct instructor in the University at Buffalo’s School of Architecture and Urban Planning, in the school’s Master of Science in Real Estate Development program. Marguerite has a master’s in real estate finance and investment from NYU, and her background in real estate includes over 13 years of experience in institutional real estate acquisitions and dispositions, investment banking and fundraising. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and is authorized in New York to grant continuing education credit to real estate professionals. Marguerite is a previously registered FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent and Series 7 General Securities Representative.
