Maia Peck teaches architectural media, undergraduate and graduate studios, and is a founding partner of Serweta Peck, a multidisciplinary practice based in Buffalo and New York City. She is interested in exploring the intersections of architecture, art, and urban design.

She received her M.Arch degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, as well as a M.A. in Medieval Art with Distinction from the Courtauld Institute in London, and a M.A. in Art History with Distinction from the University College London.

Before coming to Buffalo, she worked for firms in Shanghai and New York City. Most recently, she was a Project Lead at West 8, where she gained experience working on various medium to large-scale landscape master plans and urban designs across the United States.
