The School of Architecture and Planning is pleased to announce an exciting lineup of lectures and exhibitions for its Spring 2016 series of public events. The program brings leading thinkers and practitioners in architecture, planning and the design professions to Buffalo to engage public dialogue on critical issues in the profession today.

‘Shipping Architecture is an intermittent series of events that pairs speakers whose work may have as-yet unknown relationships. We refer to the colloquial use of the term “‘shipping”, which refers to relationships, celebrity couples or imaginary ones - here serving as a structure that is playful but also productive of new discourse.
