Ayla Abiad (MArch '12) is an architectural designer at AE7 and founder of Build a Bridge, a nonprofit organization that assists refugees and new immigrants. Ayla will be particularly able to help international students with questions about working in the US, OPT, visas, etc.
Quardean Lewis-Allen (BS Arch '09) is founder of Made in Brownsville in Brooklyn, a nonprofit organization that works with underrepresented youth in design and tech fields.
Mark Nusbaum (MArch '85 & BPS '83) is principal of FXCollaborative in New York City. He has led construction administration for the restoration of NYC's Grand Central Terminal; the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts Redevelopment; and the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center Renovation + Expansion.
Kimberly Sass (MArch '16) is an architectural designer at HLW, a professional hockey player, and activist for equity in STEM fields and sports.
Joey Swerdlin (BS Arch '09) is community director at Morpholio, a software company for creative fields and co-founder of community organizations.
