Graduating students in 2027 who plan to participate in the commencement ceremony are encouraged to share this save-the-date invitation with friends, family, and loved ones.

Student Speaker
We’re excited to invite a student from the Class of 2027 to address the School’s graduating class at Commencement. This is a unique opportunity to reflect on your UB experience and share insights on how it has prepared you to take on the world’s grand challenges. To nominate yourself as the 2027 student speaker:
- Submit a speech of no more than 500 words sharing the message you’d like to convey to your fellow classmates.
- Submit your speech by Monday, March 15, 2027.
The selected speaker will be announced to the School later this semester.
Memory Slideshow
It’s time to look back and share your memories! Upload your favorite photos of life at UB—from time in the studio and favorite projects to exploring Buffalo, study abroad experiences, events, and more. To contribute to the 2027 Memory Slideshow:
- Upload a photo with a brief caption and credit. Your photos will be featured in our student slideshow, which will be presented during the Commencement ceremony and Graduate-Family Brunch on May 16, 2027.
- Submit your photos by Monday, April 19, 2027.
