Mary Powell
Ms. Powell is a principal owner and President of the Casilio group of companies. She oversees the Williamsville, New York-based company’s regional and national commercial real estate and construction activities.
Founded in 1965, the component companies are known locally as P.A.T. Construction Management Corp. and Casilio Real Estate & Development. Ms. Powell has been with the firm since 1987. She is also President of Construction Services Group of Upstate NY, Inc. (“CSG”), which is recognized as a Woman Business Enterprise in construction.
