Mr. Weiss is one of the founding partners of Cannon Heyman & Weiss, LLP, a boutique law firm located in Albany, NY and Buffalo, NY.  

Cannon Heyman & Weiss, LLP concentrates entirely in the areas of affordable housing and community development law and corporate finance transactions using Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC’s), New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and other tax incentives.  He holds BS and MBA degrees from the School of Management at UB and also a JD from the UB School of Law.
