David A. Stebbins, AICP
Mr. Stebbins is President of Bisonwing Planning & Development. He is the former Executive Vice President of Buffalo Urban Development Corporation (BUDC), and was responsible for managing several major real estate development projects for BUDC. He is also a former Adjunct Instructor in UB’s Real Estate Development Program, and continues to provide career counseling to its students.
As a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute, he has held leadership positions at both the local and national level. Mr. Stebbins has a B.A. in Environmental Design from the University at Buffalo and a M.A. in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
