Joseph Piwowarski.

Joseph Piwowarski 

Joseph Piwowarski is deputy program director for cultural institutions with the New York City Department of Design and Construction, the primary management agency for all capital design and construction in the 5 boroughs. In this role, he coordinates and oversees all phases of a program portfolio of complex architectural and engineering design and construction capital projects valued at more than $125 million. Joseph is a project management leader with over 15 years of industry experience exemplifying commitment, enthusiasm, and resourcefulness in capital project delivery through environmentally conscious and socially responsible public design and construction. He earned his BS in Architecture and Master of Architecture from the University at Buffalo’s School of Architecture and Planning.
