Joseph Lofton serves as the space management specialist for the Facilities & Property Division at the National Labor Relations Board. Since 2015, he has played a pivotal role as an expert technical representative and coordinator, planning and developing a comprehensive space management program.

Joseph Lofton is a designer and architect with extensive experience. He earned his bachelor's from the University at Buffalo in 1999 and went on to complete his master's in architecture from UB in 2003. Joseph is a member of the American Institute of Architects and holds licenses in New York, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He is also certified as a Green Globes Professional, reflecting his commitment to sustainable design practices.

Joseph advocates that good design should be accessible to all and strives to deliver exceptional outcomes for each client. He values the honest use of materials and emphasizes intelligent, thoughtful design and the beauty of craftsmanship. Passionate about community engagement and education, Joseph contributes to his community through initiatives such as the ACE mentoring program and as a guest critic at Catholic University.

In 2019, Joseph was selected to participate in the Presidents Management Council Interagency Rotation Program, designed to enhance cross-agency exposure for high-potential General Schedule federal employees of positions levels 13-15.
