The inaugural exhibition of Crosby Hall, titled all types of work from all the students in all our spaces, celebrates drawings, models, and full-scale projects created by all undergraduate and graduate students in the Department of Architecture during the fall 2023 semester.
Two- and three-dimensional works are decoupled from associated studios, faculty, and academic years so that freshman-year section drawings are hung alongside those from the three-and-a-half-year master’s program, and junior-year boats are presented next to full-scale fabrications from the graduate research groups. As such, the exhibition is less about understanding any individual project in full, and more about the power of a single drawing, model, or construction, surrounded by analogous work from across the curriculum. Please join us in celebrating!
