Casa Santa Oranna is a project for the renovation of an existing single-family summer home located on the Mediterranean coast in Murcia, Spain. The existing structure, built in the 1960s, was one of the first homes constructed on a strip of land that separates the Mediterranean Sea from Mar Menor. Over time, the home has undergone various renovations resulting in conflicting spatial organizations and visual impediments. The design remedies the existing situation through a reorganization of the ground floor and the addition of an elevated space where the architecture opens to the surroundings.
