Darby Fishkin
Darby is the CEO of CBRE|Buffalo, an affiliate of CBRE Inc. commercial real estate brokerage firm, and Comvest Real Estate Management, a local woman owned facilities management firm. A Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and government finance, most recently as the Acting Comptroller for the City of Buffalo and Corporate Controller of Kaleida Health, Darby joined both CBRE|Buffalo and Comvest in 2012.
Prior to being CEO of CBRE|Buffalo, Darby was the CFO and Director of Operations for the Buffalo-based commercial real estate management firm, focusing on streamlining facility management processes and implementing growth initiatives. Darby earned her Master’s in Business Administration at Canisius College, along with a MBA in professional accounting. She received her undergraduate degree in business from SUNY College at Buffalo.
