Ernest Sternberg
Prof. Sternberg was the founding director of the MSRED program. He is a professor in the Department of Urban and Regional planning at UB and served for nine years as chair of that department.
His research and publications have examined the roles of civic infrastructure in local development, the changing nature of industrial real estate, the effects of technological change in regional development, the relationships between tourism and economic development, and disaster planning.
