    Gusmano shares his professional journey as CEO and Founder of Crafted Concepts Architecture D.P.C. Before founding Crafted Concepts, Gusmano spent five and a half years with Cannon Design, where he was an Architectural Designer and Planner, Project Architect, and assisted greatly in the BIM leadership, digital design/renderings, and 3D printing.

    Sandra graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 2012 and pursued her Master in Architecture at Pratt Institute, graduating in 2016. However, the bulk of her experience was focused on student and faculty housing for 181 Mercer St, a 750,000 square foot new mixed use university building for New York University. Sandra currently works for COOKFOX Architects where she has been growing her passion for biophilia and environmentally responsive design for 2 years.

    Habla shares her professional journey as a Senior Consultant at the Acoustics, AV, Theatre, and Experience Design team at Arup. Kelsey is engaged in various Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives, serving as the co-chair of the Connect Women Employee Resource Group and as a member of the Scholarship Committee, where she has developed multiple scholarships and opportunities for students to learn about the AEC industry.
