    Ayelet Gezow graduated from the University at Buffalo in 1998 and earned her Master's degree from Columbia University. She spent over 15 years refining her expertise in facade design at Pei, Cobb, Freed & Partners before joining Ennead four years ago. At Ennead, Ayelet mentors younger staff on facade design, guiding them through all project phases from Design Development to Construction Administration. Passionate about integrating architecture and its impact on future generations, she strives to elevate the reputation of architects among contractors.

    Joseph Lofton will share his extensive expertise as the Space Management Specialist at the National Labor Relations Board's Facilities & Property Division. Previously, he held a similar role at the USDA, where he oversaw space management policies, planned building projects, and implemented efficiency strategies that improved facility utilization across USDA, ARS facilities in the National Capital Region.
