For the following combined degree programs, you will need to submit separate applications to be admitted to the respective programs.
Apply to the MUP portion of the program
Apply to the UB School of Law for the JD portion of the program
Applications should specify that you are applying to the dual MUP+JD program
Students may also apply to the combined program while enrolled in either the UB School of Law or Department of Urban and Regional Planning (all application requirements must be met, including taking the Law School Admission Test (LSAT))
Apply to the MUP portion of the program
Apply to the MPH portion of the program
On each application, in your personal statement, indicate that you are applying to the other and that you intend to pursue the combined degree program. Administrators of the two programs coordinate their reviews of the application and make every effort to respond to the applicant at the same time regarding the decision of their application.
Join us for an online info session to learn more about our programs, or sign up for a Q&A to talk to a member of our graduate admissions team.
For those applicants wish to submit a GRE score the department encourages them to do so, and the score will be reviewed alongside other application materials.
